Parts, Sales, & Service Representative

Sandvik Construction, a world class provider of solutions for virtually any construction industry application encompassing such diverse businesses as rock quarrying, tunneling, excavation, demolition, road building, recycling and civil engineering, is currently looking for a Parts, Sales, & Service Representative in Smyrna, GA.
The Role
In this key role, the Parts, Sales, & Service Representative will be responsible for identifying aftermarket sales opportunities within a defined customer base.   This role also includes responsibility for the sales development.
Key Performance Areas
  • Identifies aftermarket issues and opportunities and acts as liaison with Dealer/Customer through to completion
  • Develop sales opportunities and grow sales for all Stationary Crushing and Screening product lines, with a focus on aftermarket products and support
  • Performs gap analysis on existing fleet to identify sales opportunities for Sandvik and other brands
  • Builds strong working relationships with relevant Dealer/Customer personnel
  • Participates as a key member in an account or sales team
  • Provides input to Business Line Managers to address product offerings
  • Responsible for achievement of agreed targets
  • Ensures accounts are in compliance with Sandvik terms and conditions of sale
  • Monitors and records changes in APR active fleet (including competitive equipment)
  • Stays current with industry developments, competitive offerings and issues affecting sales and customers
Your Profile
  • Technical degree or two year college diploma
  • Seven years related experience
  • Strong self-drive of achieving results
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Knowledge of the relevant industry
  • Ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team
  • Flexible, self-motivated with demonstrated initiative
  • Ability to develop knowledge of customer business processes
