This newly created position is part of the new Talent Recruitment (TR) model for permanent hiring in GE ASEAN. The direction GE has taken is to have ‘volume’ recruitment for Graduate and Intern hiring centralised to one recruiter.

This role will have accountability across all GE businesses in ASEAN. This will create both challenge & opportunity to leverage the entry level opportunities GE offers. To be successful in the role, strong influencing & persuading skills are requirement as well as the capability to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
