The opportunity we are recruiting for is the Key Account Manager within our IBA & Wholesale division based in Melbourne. In this role you will have accountability for delivering customer account performance within the Victorian market. Primary deliverables are Net Sales Value, GP and market share measures. A critical part of the role is to be an active participant in the IBA team and it is essential that the role collaborates in a constructive manner with other key account, national account and field sales managers to deliver strong field execution of agreed account plans.

To be successful in this role you will have superior stakeholder management/engagement skills with the ability to align objectives and measurements consistent with team and business goals. In addition you will have in-depth knowledge of the retail market with the ability to understand the similarities and differences among consumer types and how they impact decisions/strategies.
