i+solutions is a young and dynamic organization located in Woerden with a local office Washington DC. In Woerden we employ about 60 persons and work with sub-contractors across the globe.
Our clients include international organizations such as WHO, UNFPA, Ministries of Health and of Foreign Affairs, USAID, the Global Fund, UNITAID, NGO's and private companies. We are the major pharmaceutical procurement partner in the US Government-funded PEPFAR program and the Voluntary Pooled Procurement program (VPP) for the Global Fund, with a total yearly procurement volume over 300 million USD.

Training, Consultancy & Projects Manager (40 hours/week, Woerden)
Key Responsibilities
* Member of the Management Team
* Managing and coaching the Training, Consultancy and Projects Department
* To expand our project portfolio by creating and implementing new business opportunities which can include consultancies and provide technical assistance in pharmaceutical supply chain management
* To acquire new clients, while maintaining client interface with existing client relationships as well
* To monitor and to evaluate performance of consultants assigned to field activities
* To contribute to the further development of the organization as a whole and support an integral approach between the different departments
* Other miscellaneous activities as and when required

Qualifications
* Background in Supply Chain Management
* Educational background preferably in pharmacy
* More than 10 years proven and recent experience in a comparable position
* Experience in health care systems development in preferably African countries
* Experience in working in international expert teams
* Experience in Managing a team
* Relevant international network
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of Dutch is an asset. Any other language is also a plus, in particular French
* Organization and cultural sensitivity
* Interpersonal skills
* Open-minded
* Team player
* Management skills
* Hands-on and proactive
* Willingness to travel
* Background in Supply Chain Management
