IT Specialist Trainee at Risc Belgium / Skydoo

Function: Technology Engineering

You will support our Technical Division with the installation of our IT services as well as their customer follow-up service.

Job Responsibilities:

• You assure the installation and the maintenance of our IT services: security, backup, cloud computing, MFP, website, Microsoft Office 365;
• Ensure the effectiveness of the support to internal users and to customers in Belgium;
• Participate in the quality analysis of products and services;
• Follow daily operations respecting schedules and procedures;
• Perform installation, maintenance, move and adjustment of IT office equipment.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
• You are familiar with Office365;
• You have a good knowledge of XML, HTML, SQL and JavaScript;
• You are able to work both individually and as a team player.
