If you are a Web Designer/Developer with at least 2 years of experience, please read on! We are currently looking for a candidate to join our collaborative environment and work directly with the Creative Manager to execute creative concepts into digital masterpieces.
The people who we want to join our team from October on will have very significant roles in the development of our company and the possibility of being hired within the organisation.
What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will be responsible for a full range of design and development projects, including but not limited to production graphics, banners, brochures, landing pages and full website designs. A strong sense of design, composition and an understanding of branding are a must.
You must be able to take and give direction to other team members. The Web Designer/Developer will report to the Creative Manager and work hand in hand with other departments including Account Management, Marketing, and the Executive Team. Attention to detail combined with the ability to conceptualize and execute your ideas in an original and effective way is essential.
What You Need for this Position
  • Associate's Degree in Design or related field
  • A minimum of a combined 2-years in an internship and/or professional experience (Ad Agency or Corporate/In-house experience a plus)
  • HTML/HTML5, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery
  • Proficient in CMS platforms including WordPress, SharePoint and Drupal a plus
  • A strong artistic and visual eye for design, applicable to both web and print based projects
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of SEO and web standards
  • Solid understanding of designing websites

Placement details:
