Responsibilities:

Press and Social Media communication
Drafting of monthly newsletters; regular Press Releases
Preparation of presentations, reports, documents, minutes
Preparation of Board meetings (i.e. drafting agendas, securing venues, conference calls)
Preparation annual and regional legal conferences
Database, website management (updates)
Legal research
Ad hoc support on any other communications/marketing activities
General support to Managing Partner of running the firm

Your profile:

Ideally work experience in the field of communication;
Versed in the use of MS Office;
Excellent command of English – French would be an asset (as well as any other languages);
Great organizational and administrative skills;
Client-oriented work approach, can-do attitude and intercultural competence.
