YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualization, development and crafting of CEO speeches, presentations, briefings and other supporting material for external and internal events (incl. letters and video messages);
• Compiling information and extracting essences from crucial information and aligning messages with overall Business and Communication strategy;
• Collecting and analyzing relevant information and developing concise and comprehensive messages that are easy to understand and memorable;
• Consulting and supporting CEO with narratives, storylines and key strategic messages;
• Development of messages and narratives that can be amplified in internal and external communication channels;
• Support the Head of Strategic Messaging & Executive Communication in key strategic messages and narratives and in positioning the CEO internally and externally.

WHO YOU ARE

• University diploma in communications, public affairs, political sciences, international affairs, business administration or comparable degree;
• Proven work experience in communications, public affairs, business journalism or in a public relations agency;
• High level of understanding of media and investor relations as well as economic affairs;
• Empathic personality with the ability to appropriately challenge senior executives;
• Knowledge of agriculture and sustainability desirable;
• Ability to translate complex topics and information into easy to understand and memorable, target group specific language;
• High level of networking and communications skills;
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
