Programme Officer for Governance and Transparency Fund (GTF) Programme

Salary: Starting from £29,951
Location: Vauxhall, London

Our PEU team has a vital part to play in leading and championing WaterAid's efforts to ensure the efficacy and productivity of its work, especially of its international programmes.

In this exciting role, you will work on supporting the GTF programme manager to lead, manage and support the implementation of our GTF programme across Africa, Asia and Central America.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining relationships with other key staff and stakeholders
• Supporting the planning, monitoring and reporting aspects as well as the contract management across the programme
• Supporting the development of mechanisms to promote the Learning across the programme
• Analysing critically the evidence generated from our GTF programme to serve the achievement of our organisational global strategy

The post holder will work closely with WaterAid regional teams, country offices and partners as well as the Freshwater Action Network (FAN) secretariat based in the UK, FAN regional coordination bodies and members involved in the GTF programme.

The post will involve the opportunity to travel regularly in support of our country projects across Africa, Asia and Central America.
