Chief Project Engineer Mechanical, Middle East & Asia Area

Position description	We are looking for a Chief Project Engineer, Mechanical, Middle East & Asia Area to Wärtsilä Power Plants in Vaasa.
Responsibilities	- Take the responsibility of own discipline - Safeguard that the mechanical works are executed according to contract specifications and design directives - Manage and initiate project activities for contractual fulfilment together with Project Service, Supply Management, sub-suppliers and other members of the project specific organisation - Plan the works with the total costs and customer needs in focus - Follow-up quality, progress, costs and documentation of the responsibility area - Report, evaluate and mitigate risks - Lead customer negotiations in own discipline and maintain good and establish new customer relationships
Requirements	- MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering - Several years working experience - Ability to understand and work with diverse cultures - Good command of English, both oral and written - Willingness to travel
