The company is a stand-alone legal entity and operates as a fully independent business unit. In total 73 vessels are operated by Seago Line. Seago Line has headquarters in Copenhagen and agencies in more than 25 countries.
We are looking for a Managing Director for our Russian cluster. The local Russian organisation comprises a total headcount of approximately 15 colleagues with its base in St Petersburg. This role will be an exciting opportunity to become a driving force of a business in the making.

We are looking for a Managing Director for our Russian cluster. The local Russian organisation comprises a total headcount of approximately 15 colleagues with its base in St Petersburg. This role will be an exciting opportunity to become a driving force of a business in the making.
The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Driving sales executives to deliver agreed top line commitments
- Interacting and building commercial relationships with main customers
- Identifying market trends and competitor developments
- Developing short and long term business plan for the cluster in close cooperation with Sales & Marketing and Line Management
- Leading the local team towards excellent and responsive customer service
We are looking for an ambitious, driven and result oriented leader, who has a proactive attitude and an ability to work independently. The ideal candidate has minimum 8 years experience within the transportation industry. Proven leadership experience as well as a strong commercial track record is a must. You have a desire to engage and develop your team, creating a team spirit both locally and with colleagues working in other parts of Seago Line and the A.P. Moller – Maersk organisation.
