Job Description
The role of the Customer Service Adviser Tier 2 (Band D) in HR Services is to assist in the supervision of the smooth running of the department. This may include monitoring team workflow, training team members, checking the quality of work completed, reviewing and updating work instructions and processing more complex / non-standard transactions.
