Senior Social Law Consultant
Do you enjoy immersing yourself in legal texts, keeping your knowledge and skills up to speed and then doing something practical with what you learn?
As a Senior Social Law Consultant, you will:
· provide our clients with integrated solutions
· advise clients on individual and collective employment law issues as well as national and international social security issues
· be involved in a varied range of topics (compensation and benefits, expats, international mobility, executive remuneration, dismissals, mergers & acquisitions, industrial relations, etc.) and draft related contracts
· be involved in the learning process and on the job coaching of our junior consultants
· work in a multi-disciplinary team
Qualifications
- a master’s degree in law, preferably with a major in social law
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in social law, ideally in a Big Four or other consultancy firm, law firm or recognised payroll office
- strong interpersonal skills and you are a client-oriented team player
- an excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French
