Job Responsibilities

In this internship, you will work with Ad Marketplace Architects to analyze large data sets from Online Advertisement Exchanges. You will use R, Pig, and other scripting languages to perform Quantitative Analysis of ads data, to help develop insights, metrics, models, visualizations, and algorithms.

Minimum Job Qualifications

· Strong skills in the R language are essential (3+years of solid experience)

· Working towards MS/PhD in quantitative field, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Econometrics, Machine-learning.

Preferable Job Qualifications

· Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment with Emacs

· Knowledge of modern statistical machine-learning techniques, econometrics, statistics. Experience with Hadoop, especially Pig.

· Experience using R packages like ggplot2 and plyr.
