A global school pursuing better government, stronger societies, and richer human opportunities across the world.

The Blavatnik School was launched with a generous benefaction from American philanthropist Leonard Blavatnik. Its ambition is to be the global leader in the study and teaching of governance and public policy, with a conviction that societies can cooperate more effectively and learn from one another whilst working in different ways. The School’s new Master of Public Policy programme has attracted applications from more than 80 countries for its first year. Students, scholars, and practitioners across the world look forward to an exciting, innovative, practical program of teaching and research that engages Oxford’s leading scholars. Blavatnik School graduates will be leaders who change lives and societies for the better.

We seek a COO who will bring best-in-class management and organization to the School, and help shape strategies and policies commensurate with the School’s ambition, leading a highly experienced management team, and putting the School on track for centuries of success.

Informal enquiries can be made to Professor Ngaire Woods, Dean of the Blavatnik School of Government at dean@bsg.ox.ac.uk.
