Business Analyst Cranfield University

£29,793 to £33,207 per annum
In this role the successful candidate will be required to manage the systematic introduction, improvement and enhancement of a wide range of business processes relating to the admission and management of students of the University.
You will co-ordinate and prioritise business process improvements across the department managed by the Academic Registrar, and provide professional advice and support to him and a wide range of staff in the management of business process change. You will also raise awareness of potential innovative or new business processes, using your knowledge of current systems and developments across the sector. You will also help to co-ordinate any required user testing of SITS, the University's student records system.
You will be educated to degree level, or have extensive experience of the higher education sector, and have excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong background in process improvement or project management.
The role is based on our Cranfield campus, but you will be required to travel to our campus in Shrivenham (near Swindon) from time to time.
