Coaching and Investor Officer

BiDx is a new web services company which currently operates the world's largest online community for entrepreneurs in developing countries through its partner www.bidnetwork.org. It is continuously re-developing and improving its web-platform to facilitate the start, growth and finance of small and medium sized businesses in developing countries. BiDx is a limited company owned by the BiD Network Foundation and Mekar Sampoerna PTE Ltd of Indonesia.

As Coach and Investor Officer you are in constant contact with new and current coaches, entrepreneurs and investors in the BiDx Network.

BiDx is looking for a person with a flexible attitude, who is pro-active, independent, well organized and enjoys connecting people that seem to make the right fit.

Your job:

• Screen potential investors/coaches and accredit the ones that fit the BiDx Network.
• Identify business plans that meet the criteria and interests of your investors/coaches.
• Support entrepreneurs in the process of getting ready for investment.
• Assessment of business plans and financial statements.

Your skills:

• Have an academic degree in business, finance and/or economics,
• Have 3+ years working experience,

• Excellent written and spoken communications skills,
• Experience with business plan writing and/or screening,
• Have affinity with IT and excel,
• Speak fluent English and Spanish and
• You are permitted to work in the Netherlands/EU.

You will fit the job even better if you:

• Are familiar with business, finance and economic climates in developing countries,
• Speak French

The job is at the BiDx office in Amsterdam. You will not be required to travel.
