As the Customer Loyalty Advocate you will make your mark by:
  • Being accountable for maximizing repeat TFS contract and vehicle sales through various contact points with customers.
  • Participating in outbound dialer campaigns targeting customers approaching lease maturity and customers in positive equity retail contracts with TFS. The intention of these contacts is to influence repurchase decisions.
  • Fielding inbound calls from customers approaching lease maturity and/or responding to messages left during our outbound campaigns, providing answers to any questions they may have and persuading customer to remain in the Toyota family.
  • Documenting all activities in a clear and concise manner using the appropriate systems and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Being accountable for accurate and timely handling of all aspects of customer loyalty transactions.

Qualifications

TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates must have:
  • B.A./B.S. degree or related work experience preferred
  • Must be able to work evening hours
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service/call center environment helpful
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Lotus Notes preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good written communication skills
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Team oriented and results driven
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential for this position
