ELT Adviser, Sudan and Regional Manager, Engage

Excellent package including salary & allowances of approximately GB £31,000 per annum and free accommodation.

TEFL diploma and substantial experience of teacher training are essential.


We are recruiting an ELT professional with teacher training expertise to deliver our ELT programme in Sudan (70%) and co-ordinate teacher training activity (under our Engage programme) across the region (30%).

You will work in the BC Sudan team reporting to the Country Director but for regional work, liaise closely with the Regional English Lead and other English Project Managers. You will line manage 1 full time locally appointed ELT Manager.

You must have a TEFL diploma (DELTA or Trinity Dip. TESOL) or a relevant EFL teaching qualification at the level of PGCE or Masters. You must have at least 5 years experience of ELT, and experience of teaching or training within a state education system.

This is an unaccompanied post. We offer a good package including medical insurance, free accommodation and flights to Khartoum. The salary and allowances paid amount to approximately GB £31,000.
