Fundraising and Donors Contracts Manager , Mali

Position Purpose
In the framework of implementing its 2010 – 2015 strategic plan, Water Aid in Mali emphasises on fundraising by diversifying funding sources and maximising financial resources in order to achieve strategic objectives.

As such, the Fundraising and Donor Contracts Manager pilots, develops and implements strategies to raise funds. S/he will make sure about contracts quality management and will build staff and partners capacity on donors procedures to raise funds for the sector.

Key responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Head of Programmes & Advocacy, the position holder is responsible for identifying funding opportunities (local, national, et international, conventional and non-conventional sources), developing partnerships with identified organisations, piloting and coordinating project proposals development process. S/he will make sure of contracts effective management.
