Hoteling & Conference Services Supervisor - Deloitte - Dallas, TX

Job Overview:

Lead and manage local hoteling/conferencing program and staff in providing positive service experience. Oversee delivery and completion of hoteling and conferencing services in accordance with organization recommendations and standards. Implement and maintain the hoteling/conferencing program business rules and protocols within local hoteling/conferencing program. Interface with local and regional office leadership to provide updates on the hoteling/conferencing programs, workspace utilization, and recommended program improvements.

Job Responsibilities:


Manage the local hoteling and conferencing teams so that they are consistently delivering hoteling and conferencing services in accordance with organization standards. Work with Regional Hoteling Manager to implement national hoteling program recommended standards, policies and procedures. Assist Hoteling, Catering and Conferencing Coordinators in identifying and resolving client service issues and questions. Manage regular reporting of the performance of the hoteling/conferencing program and workspace utilization to local leadership. Analyze and appropriately implement areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide, train and monitor hoteling, conferencing and catering staff such that service is positive, friendly, efficient and appropriate to daily changing business needs
  • Liaison with local operations and client services leadership for efficient space utilization, monitor changing needs of clients and generate directions for hoteling/conferencing and catering teams
  • Lead and manage the local hoteling/conference and catering team and programs in providing a positive service experience
  • Coordinate and manage team schedules
  • Perform all functions and responsibilities of the Hoteling/Conferencing and Catering Coordinators as required
  • Liaison and manage other support functions as necessary to fulfill client needs
  • Manage location reservation requests and oversee coordination of reserved resources
  • Oversee compliance with organization standards and protocols by regularly spot-checking workstations, conference rooms, office equipment, etc.
  • Work on special projects as required by local Workplace Services leadership
  • Develop creative solutions to challenges and issues that arise as the organization's consistent hoteling/conferencing services delivery model is developed and implemented
  • Coordinate with hoteling/conferencing team to compile local occupancy, utilization and courtesy reports; develop and present report to local leadership
  • Communicate issues and concerns of the hoteling/conferencing team to local Workplace Services management
  • Coordinate with Regional Hoteling Manager
  • Identify, prioritize and resolve issues in a pro-active manner



Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years of prior facilities, hoteling, office services or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in hospitality and/or shared services delivery desired
  • Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to think and execute both strategically and tactically
  • Great attention to detail and ability to produce work quickly and accurately
  • Strong service orientation and organizational skills
  • Resourceful team player
  • Ability to interact with various levels of the organization
