Supervisor Reporting & Analytics

This position will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day service operations of the Global HR Reporting and Analytics team. The team is responsible for planning, requirements definition and management, project management, testing/quality assurance and support of all HR Reporting & Analytics solutions and delivery. Provide direction to and supervises the team by offering approaches and guidance to be utilized and follows up to ensure timely and quality execution. This position will build and maintain relationships with the People Function and GBS HR Leadership for business requirements, issues resolution and sustained overall customer satisfaction.

In addition, this role will work closely with IT, Master Data and the Portal teams to ensure alignment.

Function Specific Activities – The following is a list of top Function-Specific activities performed in the job.
 Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership to and reviews the work of assigned staff; provides performance feedback and guidance for the development of staff
 Monitors ad-hoc report requests to ensure customer service and operating level agreements are met
 Partners to resolve day-to-day reporting service delivery issues
 Ensures that data quality is high by carrying out regular quality checks (e.g. checking completeness of data, plausibility, etc.)
 Works to improve service delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Identifies opportunities and ensures successful implementation of new/enhanced HR reporting solutions: standard reports, self-service, dashboards and ad-hoc request process.
 Communicates and coordinates with other teams, business leadership, and project teams to ensure appropriate integration of processes and applications/systems
 Establish and maintain dictionary of KPI’s and Global Metrics and service delivery process documentation


Technical Activities :
 Strong HR operational knowledge including COE.
 Good relationship and communication skills particularly in problem solving; excellent organizational skills

Required Experience
 3 to 5 years in operations management and/or metrics and reporting environment
 Advance SAP HR Knowledge
 Previous Reporting Operations and Business Intelligence Experience

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience
