World Agroforestry , Head of Internal Audit

Scientists are like detectives. They pull apart, probe, query, document and hypothesise. All this they do very well especially when like our team they are trying to solve pressing livelihood and landscape problems of the developing world. But they are not so good at design, oversight or adherence to administrative policies, systems and controls. So we need someone to provide leadership in directing a broad and comprehensive program of internal auditing with an aim of bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. With prerequisite qualifications and at least 10 years of relevant experience in planning, conducting and managing internal or external audits; investigations; and consultancies related to corporate governance, risk management, organizational development, internal controls and compliance systems.
