Main responsibilities:
- Be the interface between internal & external partners & clients;
- Support and advise internal HR colleagues on C&B issues and processes;
- Proactively seek solutions to C&B challenges across the 40 Program Offices;
- Provides insights on compensation and benefits metrics and practices across all business operating in each country relative to market trends, turnover ratios, benefits trends, etc;
- Acts as backup to C&B Manager during absences
What you need:
Required Qualifications- Commercial diploma or equivalent with an emphasis on numeracy
- 2-3 years of experience in C&B analyst role
- Experience as Project lead on an International compensation or benefits project.
