Human Resource Officer

Knowledge of best practices in current Labour Law and disciplinary enquiries and investigations as well as employee wellbeing, training and people development are important to the role, since it will be expected of the incumbent to draft and implement HR policies and procedures. Payroll experience (VIP) would be advantageous.

Requirements: • A degree in Human Resources • At least 3 years’ experience in the human resources field • Proficiency in the MS Office suite • Fluency in English • The ability to communicate with all levels of people • Good
interpersonal skills • Report-writing skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Well-organised and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
