Salary scale: £23,121- £24,520 per annum (pro rata if part time)

Swansea University is seeking an outstanding and talented individual to support the Head of Development. This new post comes at an exciting time for the University's strategic development as it continues to grow and establish its reputation as an international research-led university. To support this vision we are undertaking an exciting change programme, part of which is to increase our fundraising capacity by appointing a number of new positions.

Working closely with the newly appointed Head of Development, the post holder will manage and administer the alumni and corporate contact database/customer relationship system, as well as supervise a team of volunteers and manage fundraising events.

Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, you will be experienced in a fundraising and prospect research role and also have previous experience in customer relationship management systems, data management and administration. The post holder will demonstrate professionalism, competency and confidence in using software to produce reports, lists and statistics.
