Human and Institutional Capacity Development Specialist Social Impact

Background:

Social Impact (SI) is a Washington, DC-area international development management consulting firm. We provide a full range of innovative management consulting, technical assistance, and training services to strengthen international development programs, organizations and policies. We provide services globally in the areas of democracy and governance, health and education, agriculture, the environment, and economic growth.

Objective:

Social Impact is seeking senior level Human and Institutional Capacity Development Specialists for the USAID Focus On Results: Enhancing Capacity Across Sectors in Transition II – Human and Institutional Capacity Development (FORECAST II – HICD).

Requirements:

• MUST be either a CPT-certified and/or a HPT-certified expert. Do not apply if you are not certified in one or both of these capacities.
• Have at least 10-15 years of HICD-related experience, such as conducting performance assessments in organizational performance and workgroup performance.
• Have demonstrated extensive experience applying, implementing, and providing organizational capacity building technical assistance in the international development setting.
