Position: Loading Agents/ Cleaners
Reporting to Ramp Team Leader

Key accountability & Responsibility

• To physically handle cargo and baggage to support the needs of the business
• To ensure efficient and secure handling to comply with SLA’s
• To observe /adopt safe working practices & ensure safe working environment
• To maintain required levels of certification to ensure safe and effective handling of cargo/baggage.
• To clean interior/exterior of aircraft in compliance with airline standards and customer expectations.
• To replenish required cabin amenities in compliance with airline standards customer expectations
• Retrieve amenities to facilitate recycling and cost reduction
• To ensure a safe & secure working environment

Key Performance indicators:

• Infringements/irregularities safe working practices/procedures
• On time service delivery
• Loss/damage/misallocating cargo/baggage
• Must be between 20 and 30 of age
• Must be Physically fit
• Must be prepared to work under extreme difficult conditions and times
• Loss/damage cabin amenities
• Compliance airlines standards cabin appearance/provisioning
• On time performance

Knowledge, Skill, Experience:

• “A” Level minimum
• Porterage experience, ideally airline related
• Certificate of good conduct
• Relevant industry qualification
• Having a driving license of category B or F will be an advantage
