Beyond Violence is centred around a web platform which seeks to engage
people around the world in the promotion of non-violent conflict
transformation. Through online petitions, forum discussions, digital
conferences, and any more ways we are impacting decision makers and key
local actors to put down weapons and solve conflict through negotiation and dialogue.
*Your responsibilities*
- Management of a team of dedicated volunteers, coordinating and delegating tasks
- Responsibility for the technical transformation of whole online website
presence, coordinating with the leaders of Beyond Violence to realise the
needs that the activists have
- Creative conceptualisation of new ways that Beyond Violence can digitally
expand its presence and pursue its goals
- Participation in key online strategy meetings with the organisation's
leadership
- Flexible working hours - as a non-remunerated position we expect you to be able to manage your time and delegate sufficiently to work the hours that you want to (estimated 5-10 hrs per week)
