DIVISIONAL QUALITY MANAGER

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of the divisional Quality Management system in accordance with ISO and company standards.

The incumbent will accept responsibility and perform essential duties as follows: • Quality management • Administration functions • SHEQ • Financial management • Human resources and industrial relations.

Requirements: • An Engineering qualification (Civil/Electrical) plus a Quality qualification • Professional accreditation (would be preferred) • 5 years’ experience at Management level • 8 years’ experience in the construction environment • Experience in conducting audits • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma.

The successful candidates will be appointed in terms of Rotek/Roshcon’s Employment Equity policies and procedures.
