The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for assisting managers and staff to resolve personnel and employee relations matters and to ensure KAUST policies are understood and adhered to.

• Provide professional advice and assistance to employees and managers on policies, procedures and a variety of matters relating to personnel and employee relations
• Evaluate, make recommendations and inform management on complex personnel issues and problems
• Conduct special studies and investigate individual or group employee concerns and recommends appropriate action

The Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years HR experience with 2-3 years in a HR Generalist role experience. University or Education experience is a plus
