For our 30-strong Brussels team we are seeking a Knowledge Manager who will coordinate a range of projects and new business opportunities with the rest of the Edelman global network; organise the activities of The Centre, our platform for debate; and provide some administrative support to the management team.
The ideal candidate is solutions-based and great on detail, has excellent organisational skills, and is able to maintain resource and informational databases and manage multiple projects under pressure. S/he must be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
The Knowledge Manager is a new role and reports directly to the Deputy General Manager.

Job responsibilities
- Act as the liaison for information related to new business opportunities across the network;
- Stay in consistent contact with all parties to ensure deadlines and expectations are met or exceeded;
- Edit and assist in creating presentations for management team;
- Research resources and materials as needed and distribute to team members;
- Liaise with partners and colleagues to deliver well-run events at The Centre;
- Handle administrative needs including scheduling, coordination, expense reporting, and other necessary operational needs on behalf of the management team.
Qualifications and skills
- 2+ years’ experience working as project liaison and administrative lead;
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to create engaging presentations, especially in PowerPoint;
- Ability to work under pressure and on multiple assignments;
- Well organised and tenacious;
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
