The Senior Human Resources Advisor is responsible for partnering with managers and staff to resolve personnel and employee relations matters and to ensure KAUST policies are understood and adhered to.

The Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years HR experience with 3-4 years in a HR Generalist role experience. University or Education experience is a plus.
