Strategist Women Deliver United States

POSITION OBJECTIVE – Provide general strategic and project management leverage across organizational domains (e.g. development, marketing, finance, etc.).

POSITION IN ORGANIZATION – Reports to Senior Strategist and will interface with Senior Creative Director

RESPONSIBILITIES (SHORT-TERM) – Support major product rollout events (through:

· Stakeholder engagement including outreach, follow-up (verbal and written), and tracking (though Salesforce and other means)
· Management of related projects including participation in goal-setting, scoping, prioritization, scheduling, oversight, and reporting
· Drafting and distribution of high-impact marketing and communications presentations through email and all major digital channels (e.g. Facebook and Twitter)
· Interfacing and coordinating with partner organizations to achieve goals of rollout-events

RESPONSIBILITIES (GENERAL)

· Assisting executive management across organizational domains in: goal-setting, the identification and assessment of various opportunities and risks, and projects scoping, planning, and execution
· Drafting both internally and externally-facing project deliverables (e.g. project plans and charters, marketing presentations, budgets, and reports)
· Liaising with institutional partners and stakeholders

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong project management skills (e.g. planning, budgeting, research, tracking, and reporting)
· General digital fluency (i.e. the ability to communicate through major digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
· Strong interpersonal skills

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

· 2 – 4 years managing projects through the entire project life-cycle (goal-setting, planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and completion)
· Demonstrated experience delivering impact through delivering written communication and presentation materials (internal and external to organization)
· Demonstrated stakeholder outreach and engagement experience (digital outreach experience a strong plus)
· Demonstrated experience working directly with senior organizational leadership to achieve institutional goals
· Experience with Microsoft-Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
· Experience working with or for a for-profit institution (desirable but not required)
· Management Consulting experience (preferred but not required)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS – BA

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

· Able to work occasional evening and weekends
· Commitment to the aims, goals and values of Catapult and a commitment to support delivery to meet these

Conditions of Service: Full Time – 35 hours per week.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus fringe benefits
