CH-Nespresso Solution Stream Lead-Sales & Marketing Nestlé


The Nespresso Phenix program is a global business transformation program to enable Nespresso to continue on its ambitious growth journey. It is built around the fundamentals of harmonized best practices, data and systems with a focus on delivering a seamless, personalized, multichannel experience to consumers. The program will include a major IS/IT transformation for which SAP and Hybris have been selected as strategic software partners.
The solution stream lead, reporting to the program director, is a management role with responsibility for the design and delivery of the global template solution and its implementation across Nespresso markets. The Sales and Marketing stream within the Phenix program includes the functional areas of sales, marketing and service across the following domains: eBusiness, Boutiques, Call Centre, CRM, B2B Sales and Trade.  He/she will work closely with key business stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements, translate these into an integrated solution design and plan, validate this with the business, and manage the delivery of the solution according to the program timelines and rollout schedule.
To complete our IS/IT department, we are currently looking for a SOLUTION STREAM LEAD – SALES AND MARKETING
In order to achieve this he/she will need to collaborate with enterprise architects and selected software vendors while working with a systems Integration partner to build and lead a team of team leads, solution architects and specialists. In addition he/she will work alongside functional counterparts to ensure end to end solution integration and with development, infrastructure and service management teams to ensure the overall quality and timeliness of delivery.
The right person will have following responsibilities:
- Business partner - act as primary ISIT counterpart to the business for the Phenix program
  • Analyse business priorities and requirements and guide the business in the appropriate solution approach according to program principles and budget and time constraints
  • Provide proactive insight and guidance on new solutions that can bring business value
  • Accountable for design and delivery of all aspects of the solution
  • Lead the planning and execution of the design and build of the Nespresso global template and necessary local market enhancements
  • Report status of the stream to the Solution Manager and other program stakeholders
  • Contribute to the overall program planning and ensure delivery against program timelines
  •  Work closely with internal and external service providers to ensure overall quality and timeliness of solution design and delivery 
Manage People
  • Build and lead a high performing team of internal, contractor and consultant resources
  • Set overall direction and team and individual performance objectives and measure achievement against these
  • Provide appropriate coaching, training and other development needs
  • Manage budget and headcount
The person will have the following profile:
  • Relevant Degree
  • Management experience of similar scope/complexity
  • Large scale multi-channel retail implementation experience based on SAP (Retail and CRM modules)
  • Integration of SAP with best of breed eCommerce (Hybris), POS, mobile and other channel solutions
  • Global Template and market localization experience
  • Very strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
  • International experience
  • Fluent English
