ACT Alliance Capacity Development Officer

ACT Alliance is a global alliance of churches and church-based organisations which work in humanitarian assistance and development. The 133 members of the alliance work in 149 countries, making ACT one of the largest global humanitarian and development alliances. ACT has a small secretariat based in Geneva, Switzerland, which has the following vacancy.

Capacity Development Officer

The ACT Secretariat is seeking a motivated, part-time manager to transition the capacity development initiative appeal through its final year to an integrated approach throughout the alliance.

S/he will work closely with a member-led advisory group as well as key secretariat staff.

Applicants must have at least 7 years of programme management experience, preferably in the area of organisational development. The working language of the secretariat is English; a high level of proficiency is required.
