Marula Platinum Limited is situated on the eastern limb of the Bushveld Indigenous Complex near Burgersfort. We are looking for the right calibre candidate for this position:
Operations Accountant - Marula

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
• Finance and/or Cost and Management Accounting-related degree or diploma is essential
• 5 years’ extensive experience in the Management Accounting field within the mining industry is essential
• SAP experience would be considered an advantage
• Trackless Engineering experience would be considered an advantage
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office package) is essential
• Above-average leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills
• Medical Certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain such certificate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Compiling operating budgets, monthly management reports, variance analysis, forecasting and planning
• Implementing and maintaining adequate financial and budgetary controls, which include management reporting
• Executing ad hoc investigations and evaluations of projects or new initiatives, to ensure continuous improvement
• Providing user support and service to line and functional management by providing proactive information
• Guiding, training, developing and managing subordinates.
