The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
• 3-year HR-related B degree or diploma is essential
• Computer literacy (MS Office packages) is essential
• 6-7 years’ work experience in HR Shafts or across HR functions is essential
• Knowledge of all HR current legislation, Company Codes of Practices, processes and procedures are essential
• Knowledge of HR and Management methodologies are both essential
• Communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
• Presentation, report-writing and administrative skills are essential
• Valid Medical Certificate, or medically fit to obtain such a certificate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Coordinating the development of labour business plans for operational units and monitoring compliance thereof
• Ensuring that the transformation targets set by the business plan are met to comply with relevant legislation
• Ensuring that employees and subordinates are developed according to the operational needs of the business unit
• Constantly monitoring and improving employee relations
• Ensuring compliance with agreements, policies, procedures and legal requirements
• Effectively administering and monitoring all HR IT systems
• Managing the labour management process.
