Sport Sans Frontières Project Coordinator

The NGO Sport Sans Frontières Kosovo is looking for a motivated and dynamic project coordinator to join its young and multi-ethnic team.
As a project coordinator you will contribute to the mission of the NGO: educating through sport. You will be mainly working on the project Sport4Youth which trains sport animators in 17 localities in Kosovo. Thanks to the project, 100 young volunteers are currently developing sport activities for the kids of their village.
The position will consist in office work as well as field work. At the office, you will be mainly dealing with preparation of pedagogical content, coordination with the young sport animators (by phone, mail) and reporting. The field work consists in supervising and helping the animators to develop sport activities for the local kids. Together with organization skills, solid knowledge about sport activities is indispensable. During seminars, the coordinator will give theoretical and practical lessons to the sport animators.
As a project coordinator, you will have to work with youth and kids from different communities (Albanian, Serbian, Bosnians, Turks, Gorani, Roms, etc.). Your experience in working with kids and youth will be considered as well as your willingness to work in a multi-ethnic environment. Good command of Albanian and English is required and knowledge of Serbian is preferable (Turkish could be a plus).
