Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

The newly-formed Global Policy and Practice (GPP) team are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to play a crucial role in their team. This role will be responsible for the design and implementation of a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework(s) to underpin the new GPP strategy and to ensure the GPP team delivers high-quality programmes and initiatives with impact.

International Citizen Service Trainer

We are recruiting for a number of ICS Trainers to support in the delivery of our International Citizen Service training weekends. As part of their ICS experience, our volunteers are required to attend both a 2 day pre-departure training and a 1.5 day Action at Home training on return from placement. We are looking for passionate, dedicated facilitators with a commitment to supporting young people in their learning and development, to support the successful delivery of these trainings. The successful candidates will commit to facilitating at least 2 trainings between December 2013 and December 2014. Successful candidates will also be able to state a preference on the training(s) they will be facilitating.

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Could you lead innovative national and regional marketing campaigns that inspire young people from across the UK to challenge themselves to change their world? If so, we want to hear from you.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will lead the recruitment of a diverse range of young people for the Department for International Development-funded International Citizen Service, as well as other programmes delivered by the International Youth Engagement Unit. The successful candidate with use their initiative and marketing experience to deliver a range of marketing activities, particularly advertising, social media, events, PR and partnership development, aimed predominantly at 18-25 year olds.

The Unit is seeking a strong and experienced individual, to lead the Unit’s operations and people inline with its ambitious International Youth Engagement strategy.

Director of Investment & Partnerships

In this role you would be responsible for overseeing the growth of new flexible income streams for the agency including regular giving, major donor and corporate philanthropy as well as ensuring our strength in programme funding (institutional and private sector) continually improves and leverages an increased number of strategic partnerships.
Operating at the Senior Management Team (SMT), you will have oversight of fundraising and marketing performance globally, for setting and delivering against a global funding and marketing strategy.

Events Coordinator

This is an opportunity to gain event management experience within a dynamic and growing fundraising and marketing team. You will be responsible for managing: The Ultimate News Quiz and Live Below the Line, as well as donor cultivation events throughout the year. This would suit an outgoing person with strong organisation skills, looking for perhaps their first role leading on event fundraising.
