Who we are looking for
The PwC Gatwick office is currently looking to recruit an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager to complement our existing team.
You will be:
· Providing audit and business advice to a variety of clients from small, fast growing clients to large corporate entities;
· An on site co-ordination role for audit clients including planning, day to day control, liaising with clients and completing audit assignments;
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and established clients;
· Working and liaising with other members of the audit team, and colleagues in other parts of the firm as necessary to provide high quality client service;
· Supervisory responsibility for teams of people
· Coaching and training other staff

Requirements
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager to complement our already existing team.
We are seeking individuals with the following:
· Demonstrated strong analytical skills and organisational abilities
· Well developed listening and questioning techniques
· Strong desire for continuous improvement
· Focused and initiative driven (required to maximise growth potential)
· Action orientated, a self starter - able to work autonomously without the need for day to day direct management
· Experienced in supervising and developing junior staff
· Must be educated to degree level
· ACA or similarly qualified with extensive and broad ranging audit experience including planning, controlling and completing a diverse range of assignments
· Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
· A proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships
· A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions
· Exposure to US GAAP/GAAS an advantage
· Other relevant competencies include financial reporting frameworks such as UK GAAP, IFRS and auditing frameworks such as UK ISAs.
· Some assignments may require travel and staying away from home.
