We’re an organisation with over 90 years of history, a hugely prestigious brand and a great sense of pride and camaraderie. We now need to entrust the next generation of BA people to take this forward into the future.

Safety is our first priority. Everything we do in British Airways Engineering is focussed on exactly this. We operate a fleet of 280 aircraft on our global network and Engineering plays a critical role in keeping this operation running safely and punctually.

The programme will include an initial induction learning the key skills to operate within Engineering. This will be followed by a period working in the hangars on the aircraft in order to get an appreciation of what is involved in maintaining our fleet.
