CBM Officer Recruitment (m/f) in Bensheim
Location: Bensheim, Germany

Contract Duration: unlimited

Contract Start: As soon as possible


Objective: 
Reporting to the Director Human Resources, the position holder is responsible for the timely filling of international vacancies with focus on expatriate functions in development countries. The incumbent ensures permanent improvement of the CBM Recruitment process and best practice concepts. S/he follows latest trends in Recruitment and checks their adoptability for CBM. 


Main Tasks
  • Recruit medical and non-medical specialists for international and overseas assignments, including Emergency Response positions
  • Manage the holistic Recruitment process in collaboration with the respective Hiring Managers, including logistics
  • Manage documentation of Recruitment process (including all process steps, stakeholders, regulations, templates, authorities and related documents) for CBM Management, Staff Council and Hiring Managers
  • Participate in cross-functional projects / processes such as HR Marketing activities, Social Media and networking 
  • Support the employer branding of CBM in Social Media and job fairs



Professional Profile and Requirements
  • First degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in a recruitment position preferably in a multinational corporation or an international not-for-profit organisation
  • Solid knowledge in electronic recruitment and MS-Office
  • Language skills: German (professional proficiency), English (professional proficiency), French or Spanish (advantageous)
  • Overseas work experience in a developing country favourable
