HR Resourcing Team Leader - Americas

Context
The resourcing function leads the talent acquisition strategy for the Americas businesses. This is a leadership role within the resourcing team to maintain a regional framework across the team and countries.
Working hours are 2pm - 11pm


Dimensions of the role

Responsible for systems, compliance, vendor relationships, applicant tracking, and database management, as well as all generating standard reporting and metrics. Lead management of candidate logistics and administrative tasks for Resourcing Coordination.

a) Financial 
Track and report spend and savings on resourcing coordination. Analyze spend and projections to identify opportunities for cost savings.
b) Market Complexity
Supports HR Business Partners, Talent Researchers and Hiring managers (posting roles, communication). Individual will need to become a subject matter expert in the Resourcing process and ensure support of all local market requirements around how background checks are conducted the different legalities
c) Leadership Responsibilities
Will manage and lead a team of five resource coordinators and reports directly to the Director of North America Resourcing.


Purpose of Role
This role is a leadership role with the resourcing team. The primary focus of the role is the line management of five (5) Resourcing Coordinators who support the North American and Latin American businesses. In addition to the people management aspect of the role there is a strong focus on business analytics and continuous improvement. Finally the role will also provide some resource coordination activities in a limited capacity.


Top accountabilities

  • Key responsibility for the role is to lead the operational efforts for the Talent Delivery team, including: Line management of team of five resourcing coordinators (coaching, development, etc.) 
  • Analysis of KPI data to generate insight on process efficiencies/ inefficiencies 
  • Brass Ring Super User including responsibilities for training others and leading on system enhancements for process improvement 
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and candidate flow data Supports the end to end resourcing process– coaching HRBPs, Researchers, Resourcing Coordinators and candidates in Latin America and/or the Caribbean through the process 
  • Partner with Contact Center and Procurement on Compliance agenda and regulatory changes impacting resourcing execution

Qualifications and experience required

  • Previous People Management Experience of a multi-lingual team is ideal 
  • Able to demonstrate achievement and delivery to rigorous SLA’s and performance levels 
  • Ability to identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and manage change control 
  • Language fluency in English is essential knowledge of Spanish would be considered as an advantage
