About Your Job::
We are seeking a highly talented, experienced and motivated person to join our team as Indoor Account Manager for new station in Edinburgh.

In this role, you will support the Corporate and Leisure Account Managers from an office base assignment and is responsible for managing and developing relationships with Qatar Airways Corporate/Leisure customers. You will work closely with the Account Managers in the day to day functions and interface with various departments within Qatar Airways. You will be accountable for keeping the accounts updated for audit purposes and database records. You will support the Account Managers in maximising revenue contribution to exceed revenue targets.

Further to this, you will provide effective, pro-active communication of all sales and marketing activities and pricing initiatives to sales teams and customers to ensure QR maintains profile and presence in the market.

This role will be working in the Qatar Airways London Office.

About You::
To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years experience in customer facing role preferably within the airline/hotel/tourism industry. You must have a strong commercial acumen, an ability to spot and interpret market trends and experience with customers and contact negotiation.  You will be educated to a high level (College or University) with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills are key to success. Effective communication skills and time management skills are essential.  If you have knowledge of GDS/Airline systems and interpretation of data this will be an advantage. You must be good in data analysis and able to articulate to external customers.
