About your Job:
You will be responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating Base Maintenance capacity and capability with the Central Planning Department, accept workload on behalf of the production team for each aircraft check and shift. You will also ensure that resources are efficiently utilized to achieve set productivity targets and meet planned STS from Base Maintenance. In addition, you will manage and lead the Base Maintenance Production Control Centre team to control all maintenance check documentation, material demands and technical support ensuring TRAX compliance and CRS certification in accordance with QCAA/EASA Part 145 requirements.
About you:
We are looking for a engineering degree graduate or a licensed aircraft engineer or a planning engineer who has at least 8 years of job related experience with a proven track record in the field of aircraft maintenance, heavy or light checks, from a main base maintenance environment. You should be able to delegate work and set clear directions to your team and manage workflow.
