The Global Policy & Practice unit in London is seeking an experienced professional in programme design and learning to play a leading role in the set-up of an innovative youth-led accountability initiative to be launched in 2014. The Programme Learning and Design Manager will be responsible for will be responsible for coordinating & developing the design of the pilot and leading on the development of a MEL framework to be tested during project implementation. It will require close working the project team, as well as in-country technical and implementation partners. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the development of a high-profile global initiative in a dynamic and fast-growing agency. The role is offered on a full-time basis but we will consider contracting for this role on a part-time or consultancy basis pro-rata for a minimum commitment of 3 days a week.
