About your job::
In this role you will execute the stations requirements on all aspects of HR and admin issues in line with the company’s procedures. This covers recruitment, training, personnel files, resignation, leave records, job descriptions and administrative functions of the station.
You will provide support in developing and implementing HR policies such as performance management, disciplinary and absence management. You will coordinate recruitment activities and ensure that all vacancy procedures are followed on a timely basis. You will coordinate on-boarding processes and activities, including pre-employment activities, orientation and induction to QR. You are responsible for implementing all HR administration duties - reporting, sickness monitoring, leave requests and leave administration. You will oversee HR Administration processes and will serve as key liaison with other departments. You will work closely with the Customer Contact Centre Manager and HR Manager and ensure that they are informed on regular basis of activities, updates and or changes.
About you::
You will have Bachelors degree or equivalent with a least 3 years of job related experience. Experience in Recruitment of at least 2 years is essential in this role. You must have in-depth understanding of Polish labour law and must be able to work under pressure to defined tight timescales with an ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
