About Your Job:
As HR Officer Eastern Europe, you will provide sound interpretation and application of HR policies applying a broad base of human resources knowledge, judgment and initiative through a collaborative business partner approach to the Commercial Teams in Eastern Europe.
You will lead the way in defining high level, professional service with emphasis on accurate and timely processing of all matters relating to all HR activities within the area of responsibility.
You will be accountable for the full spectrum of HR function for dedicated countries in the region with key focus on recruitment, HR policy and implementation, Performance management, learning and development, HR Projects and reporting.
About You:
You will have Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 year relevant experience.
You must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment to all levels in the organization.
You will have the ability to build relationship and work well across functions and should demonstrate strong customer orientation being the key point of co-ordination between the Head Office HR function and the field organisation. Experience in Eastern European employment law and other government compliance regulations is a plus. You must be able to prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You must communicate a ‘can do’ attitude and positive outlook.
