Manager, Marketing Learning Programs, Mexico or Canada
This position is responsible for identifying, developing, leading and implementing the necessary learning and training programs for key segments of the global marketing community and marketing tools to enhance decision making. These learning and training programs, and tools, will primarily be focused on supporting the Support Office (SO) marketing manager level.
This position is also responsible for developing and implementing a fundraising capability program for National Office(NO)s based on regional needs and strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improve local Marketing strategies and capabilities of Support Offices across the Partnership through:
- development and implementation of effective learning and training programs with particular emphasis on programs for marketing managers in the global marketing community staff.
- development, implementation and communication of tools to support marketers with decision making and marketing management. These tools would support both SOs and NOs.
- develop the necessary budget for creating the learning programs and tools and then meet the budget as specified.
Define, develop and implement the right program for building NO fundraising capabilities: - This includes working closely with Global Resource Development (GRD) Senior Leadership and Senior Regional Leadership to identify the needs that will have the largest impact on resource development.
- This also includes working closely with Global Office of Strategy, Collaboration & Innovation (GOSCI) to ensure the program is properly linked to the NO strategy framework and requirements and addresses the fundraising-related gaps for successfully delivering on their strategies.
- This includes re-purposing and/or versioning learning program materials created for the SOs as appropriate.
Ensure the learning programs and tools are well integrated within the full learning and capability development team's work so that SOs have a singular, consistent, up to date and easy to use set of learning and capability services from the GRD.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Required:
- 5 years+ experience in leading Marketing programs in a major, international marketing organisation (either for profit or non-profit). World Vision (WV) marketing experience required; successful results leading fundraising in NO offices is a significant plus.
- Cross cultural marketing experience, influencing leaders across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, in-depth knowledge of WV marketing best practices and fundamentals.
- Proven track record of building marketing tools and new marketing capabilities for a variety of audiences and users.
- Advanced degree in Marketing, MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to create high-impact marketing, materials, and tools.
- Knowledge of World Vision or similar organization ministries, growth strategies and tools.
Preferred: - Excellent communication and written skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues and interpret data in a clear compelling manner.
- Bilingual, preferably in a language that is commonly and widely used in a WV Region (Lacro or Asia).
- A track record of developing and implementing successful marketing programs that drive revenue and margin growth.
- A solid track record of using influence networks and persuasion to have significant impact on business results.
- International and/or multi-cultural experience.
